Get notification in mixed languages

I got notification in mixed languages, English and traditional Chinese. More over, I never used traditional language in any of my settings, neither in my iPhone or in my nest account.

I contacted Google nest support, and they believed that this is an IOS issue and suggested me to contact Apple community.
