Hello, I have a new SE Apple Watch, added new line number to Verizon for watch. I paired it with my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I can’t connect to cellular, or it says no sim no connection. How do I get the watch on the new phone number for cellular?

If I understand correctly, you paid for a full price cellular service to get a new number.
That is not how the Apple Watch works.
The Apple Watch is supposed to share your iPhone’s number, and you pay Verizon $10 a month to share the number with the iPhone.
If you are just paying the $10, then contact Verizon.
Also make sure you have a cellular model Apple Watch. The Digital Crown should have a Red Ring on it ⭕️
