Macbook can't connect to apple servers (safari doesn't load discussions.apple.com, no updates in App Store)

I recently decided to use again mu Macbook pro Mid 2014.

I reinstalled MacOS, current version is OS X 10.9.5 (Maverick?). I wanted to update version to latest availabel and compatible with my mac, but I can't do anything:

I can't open discussions.apple.com. It shows that Safari can't establish secure connection to server discussions.apple.com
I can't login to App Store, it says that email or password are incorrect, meanwhile I receive request on my other device connected to save icloud account and same credentials work when I try to login from third device
App store itself doesn't show downloads available

Mavericks does not support multifactor authentication. If you see a code popup on your phone or iPad when you attempt to login the App Store with your Apple ID on the older computer, you will need to insert the code generated immediately at the end of the password entered on the older Mac.

There are better browsers for Mavericks:

Also all Macs capable of running Mavericks can at least be upgraded to El Capitan. See the link to El Capitan on the same page for upgrading to El Capitan.
