Restoring Temporary iCloud Backup

Recently I reset my iPhone 7 & during the backup before reset, I used the feature to use additional iCloud space for backup which is valid only for 21 days.

But, unfortunately, after resetting the iPhone, it shows an "Activation Error" & it is not able to complete the setting up of the iPhone 7.

Now almost two weeks are gone & the backup is only valid for one more week. But the phone can't be repaired & I'm not in a situation to buy a new device.

At the moment I'm using my old Android device & biggest issue for me is my Whatsapp account which was using in iPhone.

Is there any method to restore WhatsApp data from the temporary backup & move it to the Android device?

I don't have any more Apple devices & the only thing I have is a Laptop running Windows 11.

Please help me to get rid of this issue.

Thanks for your reply.

But, the issue is with temporary iCloud backup. Not with Whatsapp.

I want to a method of restoring data from that backup without using iDevice.

Or any method to extend the validity period of the temporary backup
