Hello AMLJB,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. We want to help you review your sleep history. That way you can review your sleep data. First, you'll want to follow the steps listed here: Track your sleep with Apple Watch - Apple Support

To see your sleep history on iPhone, open the Health app on iPhone, tap Browse, then tap Sleep. For more details—the average time you spent in each sleep stage, for example—tap Show More Sleep Data.

If your information isn't populating, try restarting both your iPhone and Apple Watch. This usually helps refresh things.

1.) Restart your Apple Watch - Apple Support

2.) Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

Also, if you have any pending updates that might be available for both devices, it would be a good idea to install them. Updates do include various fixes. Just in case, the resources below can guide you through the update process:

1.) Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

2.) Update your Apple Watch - Apple Support

We hope this helps out. Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Take care.
