How do I challenge a refund being denied?

I have unknowingly

paid for a subscription to an app called Flo. I already cancelled

this successfully in Jan but the payment has then gone out again April and I don’t know why. Having requested a refund from Apple this have been denied and I want to know how I can challenge this and get my

refund.

refund hi everyone, i asked for a refund twice for an annual facetune subscription and i got denied both times. is there anything i can do? i tried sending emails to everyone and lightricks (the app developer) told me that only apple can refund me since the payment was through the app store. I’m really desperate because i can’t afford a subscription this expensive, i’m just a student. I put a reminder and my Iphone didn’t notify me. What can i do?? is calling the apple support number useful? Thank you in advance

I want to get a refund on an app I was denied refund on. I recently saw a unexpected charge on an app that had a subscription fee of €55.99 and I would really like to get a full refund as I don’t want this app and didn’t I really did not wish to make this purchase. Please can I get help for a full refund. Thank you kindly.

You likely cannot if you have already been denied.

be sure to cancel the subscription. If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support
