The Move To... feature is not updating per recent message moves. It seems to be stuck on earlier moves I've made but never updates to the latest moves. Can this be reset (such as a cache) or refreshed???

Not wanting to 'assume', are you speaking of moving Mail folders or Finder Folders?
Also, what do you mean by 'Suggested move'?
I'm sorry.... I was referring to Mail folders and the Move feature in the Mail.app.
The dropdown list when you select this shows outdated folders. The list never updates.
