i can’t install Any app especially YouTube . That phone says
this version is not available for my iPhone . My phone model is iPhone 5s version is 12.5.7

iOS 12.5.7 is as far as the iPhone 5s can go. Frankly speaking, you need a new phone.
If you want to run iOS 15, you will need an iPhone 7
If you want to run iOS 16, you will need an iPhone 8 or higher
