I have received calls from this number daily without an issue. Unfortunately, now it goes directly to voicemail. It's been about a week now, all my other calls come-in except this one. I have done all the obvious steps of trouble shooting with DND, night mode, airplane mode, volume etc... It still does not work.

Does the call appear in your Recent Calls list in the Phone app? If it doesn’t that means that your carrier is diverting the call to voicemail before your phone “sees” it, and you need to contact the carrier. If it does appear, check that you didn’t inadvertently mark it as blocked. And if you have a call blocking app (such as NoMoRobo) also check its list.

Since voicemail is a specific cellular carrier service/feature, I suggest that you contact them and investigate about that specific calling phone number.
