Why my phone dosnt connect to wifi
Start with this support link→If your iPhone won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network, and post back with details if this doesn’t resolve the problem.
Be a detailed as possible:
- If you go to Settings/Wi-Fi can you turn Wi-Fi on?
- Does it not work with any network, or is the problem with just one network?
- Have you tried very close to the router (5-10 feet away)?
- Anything else you have noticed that seems unusual?
