My wife and I have a family account but only one card. How do we get an additional card

You’ll need to read the two articles I’ve linked to below. Also, both iPhones need to be updated to iOS 16.4.1.

Set up Apple Card Family and add a co-owner and participants - Apple Support

Once iPhones are updated, setup Apple Card Family and then invite your wife as a participant or co-owner. Then send her an invitation and she needs to accept the invitation within 30 days.
