Prompt to stop sharing my location appears

When deleting a text thread in messages, a prompt will appear asking if I want to stop sharing my location with participants in this conversation? How can I stop receiving that prompt because I have checked my settings & I could not find anything relating to this?

How to stop being asked, "Would you like to stop sharing your location?". My wife, daughter and I track each other using Find My Friends. Whenever I delete an iMessage I am asked, nonsensically, "Would you like to stop sharing your location with the participants of this conversation?" The answer is obviously "No" and I have no idea why I must always answer this question. I see this issue has been raised by others but I can't find an answer. Is there a way to allow tracking and shut off this nonsensical prompt? I phoned Apple and the answer provided is even more nonsensical. In essence, Apple provides no answer whatsoever. Thanks,
