[Camera] Parts outside the frame blink when the focus is changed

A couple of days ago I noticed that when the camera on my iPhone 14 Pro has Capture Outside the Frame enabled, when I change focus the parts outside the frame (the ones marked with the red arrows) blink. Is this something normal? Does the same behavior happen to you? On the other hand, sometimes the image shown in the main frame of the image does not match the parts outside the frame, as can be seen in the area circled in red.
