Maximum Capacity will decline on average at a rate of about 1% a month. That's an average, not an absolute. Max Capacity might not decline at all for a few months, then drop 2-3% the next month. This is normal.

If you purchased the phone at the first of October, the phone is now 7 months old. So, the Max Capacity on the phone would be expected to be about 93%. Your battery is at 95%......better than average.

Stop worrying about the battery. It is fine.

Impossible to really know. But that's at least 6 months. 95% is within reasonable expectations. Might be a little bit below average, but there can be batteries that above or below average. Not much you can really do about it other than stop using it on battery power.
