Tesla app doesn't open properly, what's the solution?

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 11

Update the iPhone to current, and try again. If you’re really running iOS 11 as per the footer, that’s ~five year back. An iPhone 8 can get to iOS 16, with iOS 16.4.1 being current. Update iOS, and test the app again.

… If you can't update or restore your iPhone or iPod touch - Apple Support

If that fails to resolve the app issue, delete the app, restart the iPhone, re-load the app, and try-again.

If that fails, contact Tesla Support.
