how can i turn off voiceover permaanently?

I want to permanently turn off voiceover. How? Stupid silicone Sally keeps talking in the middle of a movie or phone call. 10 times a day. Help!!!

Open Settings ➡️ Accessibility ➡️ VoiceOver: Set this switch to OFF.
