shortcut for specific app

Is there a way to create a shortcut that will open a specific app and navigate to a feature within that app? specifically, after a certain amount of time of inactivity

I have trouble remembering to back up my photos to OneDrive before going to sleep, so I was wondering if it's possible to create a shortcut or automation that will do this for me automatically. Specifically, I'm wondering if I can create a shortcut that will detect when I haven't been active on my phone for a certain amount of time (e.g., 10 minutes), and then open the OneDrive app and navigate to the sleep mode feature to back up my photos faster

If you are experiencing any difficulty with third-party apps or a specific website then please contact the app developer or site publisher/host directly. Here is how
