My Apple ID is NOT Active

My phone is XR

My Apple ID is not active. Please help with this. It is working in the app store also. Just not active on my phone. When I go to the settings section, it is inactive.

iPhone XR, iOS 16

Do you have a MDM profile?

If so, contact your company - IT department.

Is it a private iPhone, see -> Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad and iPod touch

Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad and iPod touch – Apple Support (UK)

Check restrictions -> tap Settings -> Screen Time -> Content & Privacy -> scroll to Allow Changes.
