Hmm, are you sure that your AirPods are genuine Apple AirPods? There are a lot of fake counterfeit AirPods out there. I myself have even been scammed buying 3rd Generation AirPods and thought they were real until I found out they weren't.

However, if Apple can not verify the serial number of your AirPods, there might be a high possibility that you AirPods are counterfeits.

Yes, I'm 100% sure that I have them original, they are updated to the latest firmware version, all functions work, I checked wherever possible, they do not pass the test only on the Apple website, although they did before
