I bought iphone11 Pro midnight color from shop with 512Gb.
When I check in website with serial number, it shown iphone 11 Pro (Silver Color) and storage is 64Gbs.
Why?

You bought a used phone from an unauthorized shop. There’s no telling what’s been done to it.
It sounds like it’s a frankenphone put together from pieces of other phones that no longer functioned.
Return it and get your money back.

What shop? I suggest that you take it back to that shop and ask them for a refund.
If it wasn't an official Apple shop (Apple Online Shop, Apple phisycal Store, Apple Authorized Reseller) we can't help you any further, sorry.
