Left airpod front speaker no longer working

I reset the airpods twice now, but I am still unable to hear out of the main front speaker of the left airpod. Stopped working about two weeks ago. Could you help with this? Is it broken?

I have tried to clean but feel there is a deeper issue within the airpod.
