Are you experiencing difficulties with a particular App? Perhaps you refer to Favourites in your Notes App, or Safari? Something else?

If you are trying to find your Favourites in the Notes App, tap the blue Sidebar icon at top-left of the Notes App Window.

When you have exposed the Sidebar, scroll down - and below Locations, you’ll find the Favourites category.

For Safari, again, tap the blue Sidebar icon at top-left of the Safari App Window. Next tap Bookmarks - where you will find your Safari Favourites:
