How do I cancel agreement to pay for streaming?
Last night I signed up to stream for one week using Apple Pay.
how can I stop payment?

Where did you sign up exactly?
Did you sign up in a streaming service website? Or did you sign up through an app on an Apple device?
What exactly did you do?
If you signed up in an App, then you can cancel their subscription by following the steps in the support document linked below. (Apple Pay would technically not have been involved here at all)

If you signed up on a website and you did use Apple Pay there, then you will need to cancel through the website too.
Log in to your account on the website, and find the cancel subscription option there.
