I have added money via net banking whereas money is debited from my account and not credited in my Apple ID. How to get refund?

No, i didn’t get my money back. Nor in Apple ID neither in my bank account
I have transferred money to my Apple ID through Net Banking whereas money not credited in my account and money was debited from my bank account
