iPhone iOS 16.4.1(a) cannot be installed, no internet connection

This is related to iOS 16.4.1(a) rapid response update. I can confirm that this is the issue that most people with iOS 16.4.1 is having. I am one of them as well. I recommend that you wait for a few hours and then try again. There is nothing wrong with your iPhone.

Try what again? installing the update? the update installed fine and won't let me reinstall, but we have no carrier connection any longer.
