What if you are getting double charged for purchases?
I purchased Logic Pro from my Mac mini and I was charged $200 on both my Apple Card and my main bank account connected to it.

Apple Card is a credit card, and must eventually be paid from somewhere else, such as your bank account. if you have scheduled payments setup, by definition it will automatically pay the Apple Card from your associated bank account when it's due. Though it would appear as an Apple Card payment on your bank account's monthly statement, not directly as an App Store purchase.
Outside of that, are you sure both charges are for the same thing? They may be the same value, and not necessarily be the same charge.

My debit card is the primary payment option with Apply Pay second. I purchased Logic Pro and both my debit card and Apple Pay show the same $200 purchase.
