I forgot my apple watch password, what is the best way to get back into it? I had to get a new phone because mine got ran over and at the time i did not know my apple id so i just made a new one

Make sure your watch is on its charger to do this. You can then set it up under your new Apple ID, but all your data from the previous Apple ID will be gone.
It's often a really bad idea to change your Apple ID. Data and apps are tied to the ID and since you created a new Apple ID, any apps you purchased or data you had on the previous ID will be gone.
Buy a simple notebook and jot down important IDs and Passwords in it so you won't have to go through this again.
