To update your iPhone, select Settings > General > Software Update. If your phone is eligible for an update, you will be prompted to do so.

iOS 16.4.1 Rapid Security Response was just released. I was just able to download and install it and now my iPhone 13 shows I’m on the latest software. I recommend updating whenever you get the chance.
