16.4.1 siri misinterpreting

Since the 16.4.1 update on the iPhone, Siri can't seem to do pronouns consistently and many times just won't put anything at all and it misinterprets words. It's a severe problem for many who I have spoken to. Anyone else have this problem and how to fix it or is this just a new fix that Apple needs to do. We call it drunk Siri.
