How to reset my Apple ID password?

What if I had previously purchased extra iCloud storage because I had a lot of pictures/memories that I wanted to keep of my family. Then I was locked out of my Apple ID, due to having to change my password so frequently because my most recent significant other is literally crazy and kept hacking into my accounts so I forgot my password and lost ALL of the pictures/memories of myself and my children that I really really wanted to save because of how much they meant to me.
