My iPhone X froze and won’t restart. I followed all the instructions by Apple several times but they didn’t work

If you have followed all the instructions, then your next step would be to make an appointment at the Apple Store or take the phone to an authorized Apple Service shop to let them take a look.

The first thing that they will do though is perform a Forced Restart on the phone, so you might want to give this a shot a few more times before you take the phone in.

Hello ~ Have you tried it this way? This is from a prior post by *Axel Foley*….

Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

• Press and quickly release Volume UP button
• Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
• Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF). 

If this doesn’t help then * Bob Timmons* answer is your only other choice.
