Ever since I downloaded Ventura 13.3.1 my airport time capsule is not backing up ?

Ever since I downloaded Ventura 13.3.1 my Mac stopped backing up to my AirPort Time Capsule ? The Time Machine is saying 'The backup disk is not available - make sure the backup disk is connected or select a different back-up disk'.

Click on the Time Machine "clock" icon at the top of the Mac's screen

Click on Time Machine Settings

Click the select the current backup disk.....likely named "Data"

Click Remove Disk and close the windows

Restart the Mac

Perform the same steps as above except this time click to Select "Data" to use as the backup disk

Wait a few minutes to see if Time Machine can find the Time Capsule and start a new backup

Power off the Time Capsule

Restart your Mac

Power the Time Capsule back up

See if you can run a backup now.

If no luck, hold down the option key on your Mac while you click on the Time Machine "clock" icon at the top of the Macs screen. Select Verify Backups and run the diagnostic check.

The process might take anywhere from 10-60 minutes or more depending on how much data is stored on the Time Capsule disk. You will be notified on screen when the process is complete. Let the process run until it completes, or until you see an error message appear on the screen.

If an error message appears, post back with the exact text of the message.
