How do I change it to where all of my apps use my appleid to login???

If you mean you created a new account, you will have to delete the apps and redownload them (and possibly have to pay again) with the new ID. Apps are permanently tied to the account used to get them originally. The only workaround to this is to set up Family Sharing with your old account and the new one.
If you simply changed the email address used with your old account, the apps will continue to update with no special steps necessary.
