iPad support
I purchased an iPad from best buy and I can hear everything but for some reason no one can hear me when I call or anything this happened out the blue and it’s very frustrating

1) Have you allowed your Apps to access the microphone? If permissions have been denied, the App will record without sound from the iPad microphone:
Settings > Privacy > Microphone
Each App that requests access to the microphone should appear in this list. To enable use of the iPad microphone, the corresponding entry for the App must be set to ON.

2) Are you using a screen protector or case? Many models of iPad have a pinhole microphone aperture adjacent to the front facing camera - this being in the centre of the long-edge of the screen bezel. Some screen protectors or cases can cover the pinhole microphone.
