Since most people use an iPhone or iPad to place FaceTime calls, we’ll focus on those.


See if switching the camera helps:

If you still look blurry, try cleaning the camera lens. After reviewing the information at the top of this article, scroll down and select your device: How to clean your Apple products - Apple Support:
