Hi, thanks for the very detailed info, but I lost my way at the last step for “volume swipe”. I have balance and visual segments near the bottom of the page. I’m using iPhone 14 and AirPods Pro model number a2084. I got it from Costco. Maybe I need to configure the AirPods somehow?

Hey SeJd,
Take out your AirPods and make sure they are connected. Go into Settings >> Bluetooth >> Click on (i) icon next to your AirPods >> Scroll down to 'Accessibility' >>Scroll down to where it says "Volume Swipe" and toggle it on.
Hope this helps! :D
