How do I update the firmware on my MagSafe Charger?
Got an answer to my question. You can just leave the phone on it overnight and it will update the MagSafe Charger.

It should update automatically. There isn't a way for you to do it manually.
Mine hasn't updated -- it is still at 247.
I updated. Plugged it into my MacBook. Rebooted a couple of times at one hour intervals. Then I turned off the laptop and disconnected the cable MagSafe charging.
How do you update the firmware if your Mac does not have a USB-C port on it? My iPad does but I guess that plugging it into that will not work.
