Roblox blocked on Managed Devices

Hi community,


I am an IT Deputy at a Primary School with a BYO iPad program. We manage over 300 student devices. Some of those devices, once they are going home the students are not able to access the app Roblox. We block a lot of these apps through our management system, however once they return home at the end of the day their iPads switch over to their personal systems. This issue has popped up, not on all devices only some, where they are not able to access certain apps/games and it says restrictions apply- or the app is faded and can't be clicked on. Wondering if anyone else has come across this issue and how to fix it.

Have the students experiencing this problem hard restarted their iPads?

If your iPad won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support

  1. Press and quickly release the volume button closest to the top button.
  2. Press and quickly release the volume button farthest from the top button.
  3. Press and hold the top button until the device begins to restart.

when the iPads boot up they should know to boot up into their personal systems instead of the school systems.
