App refund

Hi everyone. I’ve been waiting since the 29th March for a refund on an app that cost me £69.99. This payment wasn’t made apparent at the time, so made an instant request for a refund. I’ve still not received this but I can’t contact Apple as they don’t reply via Twitter. Can anyone advise please? Thank you.

1.

If you have requested a refund, you must wait until Apple has approved. Then you will receive a message from Apple.

Refunds are not guaranteed. For more information, see the Terms & Conditions.

2.

If Apple has approved your request, see this Apple article: Check the status of a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple
