Sleep screen not working in watchos 9.4

Hi all

iOS16.4.1, WatchOS 9.4

This issue started after i installed the update.

When the watch goes Sleep focus, the face on my apple watch didn't go into sleep screen mode.

In watch settings -> Sleep I have Sleep Screen & Show Time turned on.

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to get sleep screen mode working on my watch?

Now with WatchOS11, my watch does not behave like that anymore. When I wake my apple watch during sleep mode, it shows regular brightness (as other daytime mode) with regular watch face (not a plain black background) - it is very annoying as it is so bright in the dark as you trying to sleep. WatchOS 10 Sleep Mode not switching off I have upgraded my watch to Series 9 (its lovely) and have OS10 software. Sleep mode is turning on as per the original schedule on my old watch but it does not switch off when the alarm is accepted, put on the charger and then on my wrist, it continues in sleep mode. I have to switch it off from the Control Centre.

Sloved.

I had to reset the apple watch.

Settings > Reset > Erase all content and settings > Erase all & keep plan

then i set up the watch as a new watch (not install from the backup). Problem solved
