Hi! I can definitely understand your frustration.
Have you checked the ‘Recently Deleted’ folder? Deleted media is stored there for up to 30 days, so it’s possible that your videos and photos are in there. If they’re not, there is no way to recover them, unless you have recently backed up your iPhone after you saved the photos and videos.
