Accepting Terms of Service on Podcast Connect

I have trouble accepting the Terms of Service when I log in to Apple Podcast Connect to enter my RSS feed.

My Apple ID is complete and it works, my PayPal is linked to my Apple ID.

I have already installed iTunes on my PC and authorized this PC in the account settings.

I still cannot accept Terms of Service on Podcast Connect. Any ideas?

Rodger, you keep providing the same steps to resolution. Do you realize that in order to contact podcast support you must have ACCEPTED the terms and services? Which is the root of everyone's issue? I just spent 2 hours on the phone with apple support and they were not able to contact podcast support. There has to be a solution here, and the steps you continue to provide in each thread are not the answer. I can not get my personal ID to work, my podcast ID to work, or my wife's ID to work. I have made hundreds of apple purchases over the years. This is not an Apple ID issue, this is an apple podcast site issue.

This boilerplate answer may help:

This has been a problem for some people. You must have a payment method registered in Apple Music/iTunes: make sure your computer is authorised to play purchases (Apple Music or iTunes menu Account>Authorisations>Authorise this Computer). Then try logging in at https://podcastsconnect.apple.com

For help with the process of creating a podcasting account please see Create Apple Podcasts Connect account - Apple Podcasts for Creators

If this fails I would suggest reporting it Podcasts Support: https://podcastsconnect.apple.com/contact-us

If that fails the next step is to contact Apple Support: Support

Don't present this as a podcasting problem - they don't handle those and will refer you to Podcasts Support. Present the problem as being the inability to access Podcasts Support. It's also been suggested that getting them to look at your Apple ID may clear matters: do you have a Developer ID? Someone else found that his didn't work and when he created a normal ID it worked.

I understand your frustration, but there is nothing else I can advise. I don't work for Apple, and I don't have any inside influence or information. If you look at this forum you will find there have been a number of posts complaining about exactly the same problem. My 'boilerplate' post above contains all the advice I can give: sometimes it helps, but often it doesn't. I don't like that any more than you do, but while I can advise on problems people have with their feeds or media, this issue is outside of my ability to help.
