TextEdit changes unordered lists to ordered lists in html

Does anybody else have the same problem that TextEdit changes unordered lists to ordered lists (1, 2, 3, ...)? It happens when you save a HTML file and then reopen it.

To reproduce:

- open Textedit app on latest macOS

- select the unordered list from the icon

- write test1

- press return

- press tab to move the dash a bit to the right

- write test2

- command + S

- choose .html and save

- command + W

- open the created html file again in TextEdit You'll see that the first line is an unordered list and the second an ordered with a "1" in front. This was working in the previous macOS version.
