Leaking Charger Adapter
my 20W-C Charger Adapter is leaking current from the wire and the phone body while on charging. Also I noticed it rapidly drains out my battery health. Is there a way I fix it?

That has nothing to do with the adapter you're using. A decline of 5% in two weeks may or may not be indicative of a problem with the battery itself (it may also be considered within normal limits). You should contact Apple and have diagnostics run:

Do you mean you feel a tingle when you touch it? If so, it means it's not properly grounded. Try a different outlet.
That would have no effect on your battery health. Can you give specifics about what you mean when you say "rapidly drains" your battery health? What is your current battery health? How old is the phone?
it drains out the battery health of my iphone, it went from 93% to 87% in just 2 weeks
