I can't get Logic to load on my Mac Pro (late 2013)

I'm running Monterey 12.6, and Logic is getting hung up on "scanning Audio Units". I've rescanned and restarted several times...I've emptied the cache, and I've removed plugins from the Library/Audio/Plug-ins/components folder. I even removed Logic and reinstalled the app from the App Store...any other suggestions?

Logic crashing when opening existing projects Hi there, Since installing recent updates, opening existing Logic Projects is causing Logic to quit. New projects open fine. I've updated all plug-ins to latest versions. The old projects open when core audio is disabled, but even if I Save As... the new project doesn't open. I've tried selectively importing tracks into a new project, but this also causes Logic to quit. It's driving me crazy that I can't open these projects. I'm assuming it's related to one of the plug-ins, but I can't determine which. Running Logic Pro X 10.7.1 Mac OS Monterey 12.0.1 Crash report below - can anyone help me decipher what the problem may be? Thanks in advance

Missing Logic Instruments and Effects Hey, All. I just migrated from an old (2012) iMac to a Mac Studio Max. Aside from the Silicon incompatibilities, i do have Logic Pro X 10.7.4 running with my essential third-party plugins. But, there are no Logic instruments or effects available from the same menus where i select my other effects. If i choose a preset in the Library, though—the appropriate Logic instrument will be initiated. For example, Alchemy and Sampler will open. But, even while open they are still not shown in that channel strip menu where any other plugin would be initiated. And if i close those two Logic plugins and use a third party, the Logic instrument i just had running will not be shown in the menu as a Recent. I'm just getting used to Monterey after having been stuck on Mojave for forever... and maybe this is just another 'tweak' to the UI and all of the instruments/effects are now found somewhere else? That would be strange/unfortunate, though.... I tried trashing the com.apple.audiounits.cache file, but that didn't resolve anything. Show me the light?

Logic Pro Sound Library I had to delete Logic Pro from my MacBook Pro 13 (2017, Two Thunderbolt Ports) because of lack of storage. When I reinstalled it, however, the sound library will not download. It tries, but the progress bar never gets further than "zero of x GB", and then I get an alert saying "Logic Pro was not able to complete the download. Check your Internet connection and try downloading again." I have tried multiple different wifi and cellular networks, deleting and reinstalling the app, but nothing has worked, though the internet networks have worked for other downloads, including downloading the app itself. I have enough storage available (around 37 GB) so it should at least be able to manage the essential sound library, as it did before. Can anyone help? What should I do? Here are screenshots of what happens:
