Sorry no. The maximum capacity percentage, related to when the battery (not the iPhone) was new, decreases because of number of full charging cycles you perform, in addition to its "chemical age", as explained in the support article that led you here.
No way to increase/modify that value. When it goes down below 83-80%, you should have the battery replaced, since it could have unpredictable behavior.
