A quick one, checking More-Skills&Games, searching for Apple Music, no matching (official) results were found.
Checking in Play-Settings (gear icon)-Link new service, Apple Music service isn't listed.
What am I missing?

For what it's worth, if I type "apple music" into the Skills search box in the Alexa app on my phone, the first one to pop up is the official one. Are you in one of the supported countries?

You might also try this: In the Alexa app on your phone, go to Settings>Music & Podcasts>Link New Service.
Ask Amazon? Not an Apple Music issue.
