I have done one payment for Sony live , my payment amount get deducted but I did not get the subscription, pls process my refund

- Where or how did you pay for Sony Live? Check your subscriptions on your Apple account, and make sure it's active there. click here ➜ If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support
- If you initiated the subscription directly on Sony Liv´s website or through another platform, then any refunds should happen through there.
