I have 3 iPads that were abandoned at my boyfriends work and owners will not reclaim. Can I report them found or have them reset?

You can drop them off at an Apple Store for recycling but that's about it.

Apple is not in the device lost and found business. The owners will have to perform these actions: What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Unfortunately, none of the above. However, if they are the property of the company, turn them in and they may be able to prove ownership and can reset them.
