Have you given away or sold your old iPhone?

If so, have you performed the following:

What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch -> What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support


And have you remove the iPhone from your account?, see this Apple article: Check your Apple ID device list to see where you're signed in -> Check your Apple ID device list to find where you're signed in - Apple Support

  • if you see devices that don't belong to you, delete from your account.

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes", there is a problem with your payment method on your account, to resolve the problem you need help from Apple support,  click -> contact Apple Support for help.


2.

If your Apple ID is locked or disabled -> If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support (CA)

-> Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication
